Mike Holt, CEO & Co-Founder

Mike Holt co-founded IO Integration in 2001. He is the former Managing Director for Turning Point Technologies (TPT) in London, and prior to working at TPT, he spent years installing DALIM technologies and training customers on DALIM workflows across North America. Mike is committed to expanding IO Integration’s reach, and helping more of the world's top brands, agencies, and publishers optimize marketing automation technologies to improve their bottom line. 

Bill Covington, CTO & Partner

Bill Covington brings more than 30 years of printing and publishing experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer of IO Integration. He is passionate about discovering effective emerg­ing technologies and optimizing them to help creative organizations rapidly increase productiv­ity and lower operating costs.

Over the past decade at IO Integration and in earlier positions at Vertis Communications and Crosfield Electronics, Bill has gained a deep understanding of creative workflows as well as print and digital production processes. At Vertis, Bill was entirely responsible for the successful management of digital prepress expansion to over 100 locations worldwide. He also served as the Director of Networking and Telecommunications for the parent company, Vertis Communica­tions. At IO Integration, he uses his expertise to help the world’s top brands and advertising agencies implement technology solutions that are customized to their unique business requirements and working styles.

Nige Oswald, CFO & Co-founder

Nige Oswald is responsible for the smooth operation of IO Integration’s software development team, internal business systems, and the IOI Toolbox product roadmap. He joined IO Integration in 2002, after serving as IT Manager for TAG Worldwide, the international design and production agency based in London.

Nige holds BSc degrees from the University of Plymouth and the University of Reading.

Kevin Martorana, VP Technical Support & Partner

Kevin Martorana leads IO Integration’s team of technical experts who maximize the performance of customers’ mission-critical, global production environments 24/7/365. Formally of Cadapult Graphics Systems, Apple, and HeathKit, he has spent more than 25 years working with manufacturers and customers to architect file servers for print, video, and 3D animation that deliver the best possible performance using state-of-the-art components.

Matthew Furlong, Director of Professional Services

Matthew Furlong has more than 15 years of experience in information technology, with a particular expertise in creative agency workflows. As the leader of IO Integration’s Professional Services team, he is dedicated to helping creative organizations realize the full potential of their technology investments.

Matthew guides agencies, marcom departments, and publishers in choosing technologies and establishing workflows that meet their unique needs and smoothly integrate with existing IT solutions. Prior to joining IO Integration, Matthew worked at Charles Schwab, where he led a 300-member creative services organization in a transition from a paper-based to a fully web-based workflow. He has also served as an IT consultant for Bay Area advertising agencies including Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Hoffman/Lewis, and Lowe Lintas & Partners.

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University. 

Gary Fisher, UK Managing Director

Gary Fisher has more than 17 years of experience in the graphic arts industry. Prior to joining IO Integration in 2012, he served as Technical Sales Manager for Xinet (now North Plains). He has vast knowledge of the entire suite of Xinet products, and has had the opportunity to customize, implement, and support Xinet solutions for agencies, corporate marcom departments, major retailers, publishers, and printing companies across the globe. Gary enjoys working directly with clients to go beyond individual products and define complete, integrated solutions that support growth and profitability.

Gary holds a first diploma from South East Essex College of Arts and Technology.

Arlie Andrews, Corporate Controller

Arlie Andrews has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, most of which was earned at Silicon Valley technology companies. She joined IO Integration in 2006 after serving as Treasurer for the semiconductor corporation Transmeta.

Arlie holds an MBA in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University.

2001

IO Integration formed in San Francisco by former executives from Xinet®, DALIM, and Apple.

2003

Became DALIM reseller of TWIST, SWING, and their other creative workflow products.

2004

Merged with Media Automation Specialists (MAS) and established an IOI presence in Dallas.

2005

Acquired the integration arm of New Jersey-based Cadapult Graphic Systems.

Listed as one of Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 100 Fastest Growing U.S. Companies for third straight year.

2006

IOI internally develops automation solutions directly integrated with DALIM Software and Xinet® WebNative®.

Released the IO Partner Integration Module to provide interaction between both Kodak REALTIMEPROOF Partner and KODAK MATCHPRINT Virtual Partner with Xinet® WebNative®.

2007

Partnered with ICS and began integration of Remote Director with Xinet® and DALIM solutions.

2008

Acquired Cohesion, a Boston-based provider of graphics technology and services to provide an increased service and support to customers in the NorthEast.

Became the exclusive North American reseller for the iBrams Integrated Brand Management Solution.

2009

Created new Deployment Division.

Expanded the Support, Development, and Sales departments to serve our growing customer base. Added European engineering team to deliver 24-hour support.

2010

Expanded Sales and Engineering operations with the addition of a National Sales Manager, a dedicated Southern Territory Manager, and six world-class engineering personnel with extensive experience across media, creative workflows, and systems integration particularly Xinet®.

2011

Celebrating 10 years of phenomenal growth and moving from print to publishing media, retail, and enterprise markets and expanding offerings to include brand management solutions, IO Integration is constantly reminded of how fortunate we are to serve the world's top brands and to work alongside such intelligent people. 2012

IO Integration Ltd. launches its UK presence offering world-class workflow and digital asset management solutions from industry leaders such as iBrams, Xinet, DALIM, and censhare. The company will also make its signature IOI Professional Services available to UK customers. The IOI Professional Services group is made up of experts in customer-focused process analysis, engineering, and project management, and designs custom solutions to meet an organization’s specific needs.
