All IOI support programs include Remote Support, which enables our engineers to log into your system to assist with trouble-shooting and resolving problems remotely.
 
Our Gold and Platinum level programs include System Monitoring, which involves setting up your system to be monitored by our Systems Engineers for performance, and to automatically notify them if of any errors that have occurred.

what is io online?

IO Online is our Online Helpdesk, which is our unique customer facing technical support portal. 

With IO Online, our customers can easily access IO Support 24/7/365.

Once our customers are securely logged in, they can:

  • Open a new support ticket.
  • Search open tickets and their company's tickets.
  • Monitor and update active tickets, tickets awaiting feature requests and tickets awaiting bug fix.
  • View their software / hardware / IOI contracts, serial numbers, etc.
  • Change and update company contact information.

Unprecedented access to support.  Available to every IOI customer.
