Mike Holt, Co-Founder/CEO
Mike leveraged his experience as Managing Director for Turning Point Technologies (TPT) in London, UK into building the framework for the IOI business plan here in the USA . Prior to TPT, Mike spent years installing and training DALIM workflows across North America. When not working, Mike is a competitive sailor, and loves to race his 505 in Monterey Bay or watching his kids on the soccer patch.
Bill Covington, Partner/COO
Bill brings over 25 years printing and publishing experience at both small and large companies. Widely recognized as Director of Technical Services for the APS division of Vertis, Bill was responsible for systems integration and support for more than 50 APS locations. Today, Bill is responsible for managing IOI Development, as well as testing exciting new technologies that leverage our customer's IT investments.
Nige Oswald, Co-Founder/Partner
Nige joined IOI from UK, where he was the IT Director of the TAG group of companies in London. Nige is responsible for the smooth operation of IOI's extensive support organization. In his spare time, Nige enjoys sailing and spending time with his family.
Kevin Martorana, Partner/ Sr. Systems Engineer
Kevin Martorana comes to IOI from Cadapult Graphic Systems where he designed, supported and managed High-Performance file servers for some of the top Printers, Publishers, Department Stores & Advertising Agencies around. In his spare time, Kevin is a PADI Master Scuba Trainer and can usually be found exploring the sunken shipwrecks off the coast of New York and the Jersey Shore.
Ron Di Torro, North American Sales Manager
Ron comes to IOI from Adobe Systems, where he was a top performer on the Media & Publishing Team since 1999, calling on global advertising/marketing communications companies. Prior to that, he managed the reseller channel and major account business for the Tektronix Color Printing & imaging Division, in the Mid-Atlantic region. Ron graduated from The University of Miami with a BS in Chemistry in 1980, and lives with his wife, Daria, and two spotted cats in the Philadelphia area. His interests include water sports, snowboarding, music and Russian kettlebell training.
Dave Taub, Southern Regional Sales Manager
Dave brings with him 25 years of graphic arts experience at almost every level. Dave owned one of the first fully computerized design studios in New York City, and his resume includes the title of Art Director, Creative Director, Production Manager, and Workflow consultant for a number of advertising agencies. In the late 1990s, Dave became Director of Sales and Marketing for GLUON, a software company that specializes in productivity and Web2Print tools for graphics professionals. He is also a musician, and enjoys hiking the trails of Texas with his wife and dogs as much as he enjoys helping clients in finding great solutions.
Gary Glass, Solution Sales, Eastern Region
Gary drives IOI solution sales in New York City and the East Coast. Prior to joining IOI, Gary worked with Cadapult Graphic Systems, where he sold integrated production servers for 12 years.
Linda Manes-Goodwin, Solution Sales, Western Region
Prior to owning her own consulting business, Linda was VP of Manufacturing at PC World. She is best known for her leadership role in promoting Industry Standards and Best Practices, and for her vision of end-to-end optimized digital workflows. The mother of two wonderful boys, Linda still tries to carve out time for tickling the ivories.
Chip Norton, Solution Sales, Central Region
Prior to joining IOI, Chip spent 14 years with Ivy Hill serving as their Director of Digital Technology. Chip specializes in the research, development, budgeting and implementation of workflow enhancements to improve prepress productivity and reduce costs across the corporation. Chip is an avid photographer and enjoys the outdoors.
Dave Duncan, Apple Sales Consultant
Dave has been providing a variety of network support products and services to the printing industries, having formerly worked for Banta as Director of Systems Engineering, and as a Scitex engineer and consultant. Today, Dave heads IOI's Apple sales efforts across the country. Dave enjoys sunshine, hiking, and playing slide guitar.
Damian Diaz, Marketing Manager
Damian was a founding partner of Red Path Group Inc. a San Francisco based firm specializing workflow integration for creative agencies, where he served as Managing Director for that organization for 6 years. He brings over a decade of Marketing and Sales experience in creative technologies. In his free time Damian can be found playing drums or DJing a bay area club.
Liz Townsend, Systems Engineer
Liz brings over 20 years of experience with workflow management, training and prepress systems integration to IOI's Field Systems Engineering group. When not solving problems, Liz can usually be found giving attention to her menagerie of pets, or painting in her studio.
Christine Shepherd, Systems Engineer
Christine brings a decade of print industry experience, both as a Master Retoucher and Systems Integrator. Most recently she was a Technical Support Engineer with Xinet in Berkeley, CA. A woman with too many hobbies, Christine enjoys making fine art photographs, as well as gardening, hiking, and old motorcycles.
Scott Eik, Systems Engineer
Scott comes to IOI with over 10 years experience as a systems engineer, installing and supporting multiple prepress, print and advertising agencies. Prior to being a systems engineer, Scott worked in traditional and electronic print production facilities. When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and working out.
Tom Alonzo, Systems Engineer
Tom was a partner and co-founder of Cohesion and was their technology/tech support director. Before that Tom worked at Scitex America. Tom will now be part of the IO support team, and we are happy to have his many years of experience. Tom enjoys project development and custom programming to arrive at the best solutions for our customers. In his free time he enjoys many activities from boating, to skiing, to continuing his studies in science, philosophy, politics and anything else he finds interesting!
John Kingsbury, Systems Engineer
John has now joined the IO support team after spending the last couple of years with Cohesion where he was providing technical support and training to their customers. He has worked in the print industry for many years and has formal training in digital media. In his spare time John attends and supports local theater, where he proposed to his wife, and continues to expand his library of both books and comics, and he enjoys creating board games.
Ryan From, Workflow Engineer
Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in the prepress and printing industries, and is our foremost expert on automating workflow processes. His comprehensive knowledge of the DALiM product line along with his familiarity of Xinet's software contributes to his ability to apply the combined use of these tools into tailored, effective and efficient production workflow.
Rich Carroll, Applications Engineer
Rich has been building and fixing print workflows, managing people and projects, and speaking at industry events since Illustrator 88. From international dynamic page publishing solutions, to a simple catalog script for Adobe CS, Rich enjoys the rewards that come with identifying issues, and creating solutions using technology.
Matt Zwicker, Workflow Specialist
Matt comes from a PrePress background with particular interest in DataBase driven automation. For more than 10 years now Matt has been designing, implementing and maintaining customized workflow solutions in Packaging and Large Format, as well as all aspects of Ad Production including ordering, creation and delivery. In his spare time, Matt dabbles in Chaos Theory and memorizing the square root of large, uncommon numbers.
Cindy Edelson, Support Contract Manager
Cindy manages IOI's Support Contract Administration and brings over 20 years of experience from the photographic and graphic arts industries. Her vast experience allows her to quickly and confidently manage the every day needs of IOI clients. Cindy's time away from work is filled with family, friends, and two energetic dogs that insist on daily walks.
Bryan Griffin, Systems Engineer
Bryan joined IOI's Deployment Division with 16 years of experience in the graphic arts, printing and prepress industries. Prior to joining IOI, Bryan managed a large commercial production department, was a Sr. Workflow Specialist on a national level & earned a Black Belt certification in Lean & Continuous Improvement at Vertis Communications, where he spent 12 years. Bryan and his wife have 3 girls. The entire family is involved in competitive soccer; Bryan is also an avid Xbox gamer, enjoys golf, and dabbles in photography.
Stef Klein, WorkFlow Engineer
Stef comes from a Nuclear Physics background and started his career at the French National Research Agency (CNRS). He then joined Caldera Graphics as a software engineer, followed by Dalim Software where he started with the R&D team then gradually evolved into pre-sales, sales & reseller channel management. Stef joined IOI in March, 2009 bringing 18 years experience in software implementation & deployment and very strong expertise in the Dalim Software product line. Stef runs 10Ks whenever he needs to clear his mind and escape the 4 girls that take up all the remainder of his spare time.
Dave Lawrence, Systems Engineer
Dave joins IOI with over 25 years of experience in the graphic arts. He is an expert in Xinet Software implementations and support and has worked for several Xinet integrators throughout his career where he honed his skills with high performance servers and storage systems as well. He is proficient in several different platforms, versions and methods, and getting them to play together nicely. When not hard at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, cooking and photography.
Arlie Andrews, Corporate Controller
Arlie brings over 20 years experience in Finance and Accounting, concentrated in technology companies in the Silicon Valley. In her spare time, Arlie enjoys teaching undergraduate finance classes.
Terez Gross, Accountant
Terez has been working in the Finance and Accounting fields for over 15 years. In her free time she loves to watch her two sons play hockey, and enjoys building stained glass windows.
Jennifer Gantous, Project Manager
Jen has joined the IO team as part of the Cohesion acquisition where she was the Operations Manager for the past 11 years. Jen will now be part of the IO Admin team and work closely with our customers on any new projects. Jen keeps very busy as a new mother and she trys to stay fit by getting outside as much as possible.
