In a typical discovery audit, we spend two to three days at your site determining exactly how assets are handled and how projects flow throughout your enterprise. We conduct in-depth interviews with key players from creative and IT teams, shadow people at their workstations, and review your LAN setup to gain a complete understanding of your specific workflow weaknesses as well as your process strengths.
Next, we work closely with your team to prioritize and examine the causes of your key challenges, such as difficulty locating assets or inconsistency in brand expression. Then we collaborate with you to create a solution strategy that addresses these challenges through new, technology-enabled efficiencies and a streamlined workflow. This enables us to effectively select the appropriate solution, whether you need a digital asset management system, a remote proofing tool, or complete cross-media digital publishing software package.
To ensure on-time completion of your installation, our specialists perform rigorous system testing and any custom configuration. In addition, we work closely with the internal stakeholders who will champion the new system, its proper use, and its benefits.
Post-implementation, we continue working to ensure you get maximum benefit from your solution investment. We use a train-the-trainer approach, providing in-depth instruction to key personnel, and we also offer technical support, system upgrades, documentation, new-features training, and additional process improvement to ensure best practices.
